Go Buy a Case

Well now that I’m in the “real world” I figured that I better start doing some “real” things with my money besides putting it in my “Stud Fees” jar. Although the jar is about full (because i’m such a stud!), the jar never magically creates more money for me. So I decided to put my money in this thing called the Stock Market which sometimes creates more money for you, and other times, unfortunately takes it away. (all magically of course) Someone is going to write and tell me it’s not magic, but thinking of it this way makes it easier for me to understand. Who has time to look at P/E ratios, earnings reports and % Gain? Not Me. So I took some advice from a family friend. “Never invest in something that you don’t know anything about.” “If you know about real-estate, then invest in that. If you know about healthcare, then invest in that.” So I sat down and thought… what do I know about? Computers, South Carolina, Concrete (sort-of), Web Pages, Virginia Tech, PlayStation2. Then it hit me: Brian knows about Beer. Well I don’t know exactly how it’s made, or why it tastes so good, but I do know that I like to drink it. And I figured if I invested in beer, then every time that I drank a cold one, I would be supporting my own stock investments. I also look around, and see lots of people who are helping to support me. I chose Anheuser Busch as my stock, so any time you drink a bud, bud light, michelob ultra, busch light, natural light, king cobra (a 40), bacardi silver, or any number of related beers you might just be sending my stock a few pennies higher. Going to SeaWorld, Busch Gardens or even SesemePlace?? Thanks again. The stock was bought today, and already I’m up 49 cents. It’s Magic!! I think I’ll go have a cold one to celebrate, and I think you should too. (if your over 21 of course!!)

Hey I just went to Sea World on Saturday, plus I used to have a season pass. Lets see I’ve also been to Busch Gardens and Sesame Place a couple times. So hmm doesn’t that mean you owe me money or something for all this support?
