Getting ready to head up to Blacksburg for the GT v. VT football game. Camera is charged up, maroon shirt is clean, I think I’m ready to go. Been busy with looking at homes recently also. Narrowed down the choices, and made an offer on one of the places. Once we decided on a place, everything else seems to have moved fairly quickly. The banks are happy to loan me enough money to be in debt to them for the rest of my life, and depending on how the offer goes over with the seller, we could reach an agreement by next week. The thought of having a place to call my own is pretty exciting, I could get into this buying and selling real estate. Or maybe I should just stick with my day job. Speaking of work, the plant in Biloxi is starting up operations again on a limited basis. It’s truly amazing that a few short weeks after being ravaged by a hurricaine they can be back in operation. Ok, time to gather up all my stuff for the road trip tomorrow. If all goes according to plan by 11:30PM or so Val and I will be in Hokie House enjoying $2.50 fatties.
